GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Under general direction of the Water Production Superintendent, the position supervises technical staff and operates and maintains a water treatment facility in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Employees in this classification assist with the Administrative and Technical work in the management of the operation and the maintenance of the treatment plants. Performs related work as directed.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED certificate. Associate degree in Environmental, General, or Business Management program or Engineering preferred (supply a copy of transcript); supplemented by at least five (5) years
Valid State of Florida Driver’s License Class B
State of Florida Class “A” Water Treatment Plant Operations License
