GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Under general supervision, the purpose of the position is to provide complex, diversified office support for an assigned department. Employees in this classification perform routine and specialized administrative support work. Position is responsible for performing specialized department functions, and has considerable latitude in determining work priorities and sequencing of tasks. Performs related work as required.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by college level course work or vocational training in administrative support functions (please provide transcript); supplemented by up to two (2) years previous experience and/or training involving administrative support; or a Bachelor’s degree may substitute for training and experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
