The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) of the City of Lauderhill, Florida (the City), for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008, is hereby submitted as mandated by both local ordinances and state statutes. The CAFR has been prepared in conformance with the principles and standards for financial reporting set forth by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The audit was conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) by a firm of licensed certified public accountants.
