The Administration Division provides the administrative, managerial, budgetary, logistic, and planning activities for departmental operations.  Activities include approval and processing of all purchases for the department; coordination and supervision of the preventive maintenance program of the fire and rescue apparatus fleet; and coordination of all facility maintenance.  


The Support Services Division provides Budget/Financial Management and Departmental Payroll, E.M.S. Transport and Fire Alarm Revenue and Billing, Records Management, Recruitment, Clinical Services Unit, and Administrative Support.  Budget/Financial Management provides monitoring all departmental expenditures, approval and processing of all purchases, development and administration of the Department's annual budget.  E.M.S. transport revenue management provides invoicing, posting payments, filing insurance claims and researching problems, monthly reports and analysis of revenue.
