Hello and welcome to the City of Lauderhill Building Department. We hope you find the website informative and will answer many questions you may have regarding our permit process.

Our staff has been working diligently to make the City of Lauderhill Building Department one of the best permitting divisions in the country. With our new Business Development Center located on the first floor of City Hall, your visit will become more of a “One Stop” procedure. In addition, for your convenience, we now have the capability of credit card processing for payments.

The inspectors are available to the public from 8:00 to 9:00 AM and 3:30 to 4:00 PM daily.

Our customer service team is here to assist you Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We strive hard to keep a very “customer friendly” oriented atmosphere in the department.

The City of Lauderhill Building Department is ever-changing with newer technology which will help the building a smooth process.
