Liens are placed on properties for past due invoices for the following:

• Code fines
• Sidewalk repairs
• Clean and mowing of vacant property
• Board ups
• Bulk Trash Removal (on days bulk removal is not designated by the city)

There is a $30.00 fee for lien search per property.
