The City's Strategic Plan 2025 - 2030

The City's Strategic Plan 2025 - 2030 was developed as the roadmap to achieving our shared community vision, shaped through our Vision Process. This five-year plan establishes a results-oriented, neighbor-focused approach to governance, connecting the long-term goals of the Vision Plan with the City's daily operations.

 The plan allows the City to:

• Communicate a shared vision
• Connect policy development with operations
• Ensure decisions are data-driven and well-informed
• Increase transparency
• Measure progress towards achieving outcomes

Each year, the strategic plan will serve as a roadmap to ensure that the City successfully achieves its mission.
