LAUDERHILL RETAIL RECRUITMENT PLAN

The City of Lauderhill has teamed up with Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA) to create a retail recruitment plan for the City. This plan is comprised of a market summary, retail market overview, an analysis of each of the City's commercial corridors, retail sector opportunities,  market maximization and implementation.

The City has utilized this plan to attract new businesses, increase its tax base,  and further strengthen it's economic position in Broward County.
