38th Avenue Events & Developments

The City of Lauderhill is developing its new Commercial Arts and Entertainment District on NW 38th Avenue. In an attempt to attract new businesses and companies to our new up and coming entertainment corridor, the City of Lauderhill CRA is hosting quarterly events in the district. The goal of these events is to create a sense of purpose within the district, attract new businesses, and convey the vision that's to come.
