Free Fitness Classes for All Skill Levels
Presented by City of Lauderhill Mayor Ken Thurston and the National Forum for Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention

Move with the Mayor is a national initiative that works with mayors across the country to challenge their communities to be more physically active. The City of Lauderhill and Mayor Ken Thurson offer free fitness classes open to all fitness skill levels and encourages the residents of Lauderhill to participate and be more physically active in hope of lowering their chances of heart disease and its risk factors like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

 

Soca Step Aerobics Fridays

Join us for a FREE Soca Step Aerobic class with guest instructor Coach Kamal from Tailored Fitness and music by DJ Sweeba. Stepbox provided or you can bring your own.

Indoor Cycling Wednesdays

Join us every Wednesday for a FREE Indoor Cycling Class. All skill levels welcome.

Strength and Cardio Mondays and Wednesdays

Join us every Monday and Wednesday for FREE Strength and Cardio classes with guest instructor Coach Omar from LOS Fitness.

Join us every Thursday for a FREE Strength and Cardio class. All skill levels welcome.
