The City provides for the administration and coordination of several community service programs intended to improve the character of existing neighborhoods, and to provide quality housing for all of its citizens. Some of the services provided by the City's Business and Neighborhood Enrichment Division include administration, management, and coordination of Community Development Block Grant activities; HOME Investment Partnership activities; State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP), and other federal programs.
