City of Lauderhill Lien Reduction Amnesty Program
The City of Lauderhill has determined that a Lien Reduction Amnesty Program would be a benefit to residential and commercial property owners in the City of Lauderhill. The limited time Lien Reduction Amnesty Program will offer eligible participants an opportunity to reduce any Code Enforcement Liens through a settlement with the City of Lauderhill. If all eligibility criteria are met, the code liens will be reduced to between One and Two and One-half percent (1% -2.5%) of the lien total value, plus administrative fees.
Unpaid hard costs and out-of-pocket invoices are not eligible for reduction. These include, but are not limited to, nuisance abatement and cost recovery fees (clean and mows, board-ups, etc.) which will not be reduced under this amnesty program and must be paid in full.
Limited Program Duration: Date of passage through June 30, 2024.
