New Owners

The City of Lauderhill does not Start/Stop water and sewer services. Accounts are transferred from previous owner to new owner with the following proof of documentation:

• City of Lauderhill address/owner change form
• A copy of closing documents
• A state issued photo ID

NO deposits are required for water establishment.

New Tenants

As per City Ordinance Sec. 21-46 (d): Service is supplied only to owners. Utility service shall be provided to property owners, and not to tenants. Acceptance of utility service by owners or tenants shall constitute an agreement by the owner to pay for the service. If you have a tenant occupying your property and would like said tenant to receive the utility billing statement, you must fill out, sign and deliver or fax the form to the City of Lauderhill at the address listed above.
