The Administration Division provides the administrative, managerial, budgetary, logistic, and planning activities for departmental operations.

 Activities include approval and processing of all purchases for the department; coordination and supervision of the preventive maintenance program of the fire and rescue apparatus fleet; and coordination of all facility maintenance.
