Program Description
The Entrepreneurship Program is committed to promoting entrepreneurship and small business development as a critical component of our goal to provide access to quality jobs in the community. Through job creation, innovation and overall economic growth, small businesses play an integral role in the sustainability of our City. 

Program Goals
To provide complimentary technical support services to small businesses and startups; provide access to certifications and vocational training while bringing together an alliance of small business owners, community partners and financial institutions to accelerate our efforts in giving entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses access to technical support and education.

Who the Program is For
Eligible Businesses
Entrepreneurs, startups or small businesses within the City of Lauderhill with 25 or fewer employees.

Ineligible Businesses

• Businesses with headquarters outside of Lauderhill
• Businesses with more than 25 employees

Program Benefits
Classes, workshops, project-based technical assistance designed to empower business owners to grow their businesses and create jobs. 

Program Services

• We structure our services to provide support to clients like a business incubator. This means that we primarily services to help businesses clarify their mission and develop a detailed and actionable business plan.
• Help clients conduct a comprehensive review of potential growth opportunities, including, but not limited to strategic alliances, new product development, expansion into international markets, mergers & acquisitions and other strategic growth opportunities.
• Our Economic Business Concierge Team to help as a personal guide through the application process.
