The City of Lauderhill and Mayor Ken Thurston Presents the 2019 Hiring Event For UPS Driver Helper 

Friday, November 22, 2019 at 9:30 AM - 2 PM taking place at Sadkin Community Center - 1176 NW 42nd Way 

Salary: 14.00 Hourly 

Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday

(Days off through 2019 - 2020: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day 2020)

 Qualifications:

- Must Bring 2 forms of ID (original only, no copies): driver's license/state or miliTary ID/passport/birth certificate/SS card/school ID

- Driver's license not required for helper position

- Must have reliable transportation to meet driver on route 

- Must be able to stand, trot, bend, push and pull continuously 

- Must be able to lift and handle up to 70 LBS individually

- Must be able to climb in and out of vehicle sever hundred times daily

- Be able to climb in inclement weather and comply with appearance guidelines

 Daily Activities will Include:

Interacting and communicating with customers

Completing deliveries and pick ups

Working as instructed
